Co-founders Shridhar Shukla and Sunil Gaitonde will continue to serve as Independent Directors.

Bhansali’s arrival as kPoint’s CEO will lead the Company in the next growth phase by helping customers overcome challenges in widespread usage of video in the workplace.

Bhansali, a 2006 IIT Bombay graduate, has built multiple successful product platforms for leading media companies. He has founded companies in e-commerce, sharing economy, and digital marketing. As the Head of Product and Technology for ALTBalaji, Bhansali designed, developed, and launched the OTT SVoD platform from scratch and scaled it to 10M+ users.
